Nighthorse Farm is located at the back of the Brookside Equestrian Show Park 20-acre property, which features multiple barns and arenas and plenty of green grass for grazing. Brookside Equestrian Show Park has a unique family resort atmosphere with a private swimming pool, Silky’s Back Gate Pub with satellite TV, the Brookside Café, RV parking, and dry camping.

Silky's Back Gate Bartenders provide a full bar service, with beer, wine and cocktails. We also serve a few snacks and deserts, for those late-night munchies when our cafe is closed.



Our private barn contains 30 12x12 and 12x24 stalls, many with attached paddocks. All stalls have rubber mats beneath the deep wood shavings. The wash stall is comfortably equipped with hot and cold water. The barn also houses an office with an ice machine and refrigerator, lounge with a microwave and refrigerator, fully stocked feed room, and storage lockers for blankets and extra tack.

The barn’s primary arena has beautiful all-weather footing and is spacious enough to set large courses for schooling. Riders and their families can watch lessons comfortably seated under the covered viewing platform. The indoor ring, used on those few days without California sunshine, features both wood-enclosed stands and an elevated, glassed-in viewing area located in Silky’s Pub.

Access to grass for grazing is important to a horse’s overall health and well-being. We maintain a grazing area near the arena so that riders can allow their horses to graze while they dry in the sun after a bath. Nighthorse Farm also provides nightly safety and security checks, and a staff member or security guard is on the property at all times.
